is a software developed by late Dariusz Komar and me for picosecond time-resolved fluorescence decay analysis. It is an application that is dedicated for approximation of time-dependent signals by multi-exponential decay functions. Up to four exponential components can be used during the fit. Different signal data format are applicable. The signal is assumed to be convoluted with an instrument response function (IRF). In consequence the fitting algorithm used in LabAMU include deconvolution routines. By using a built-in IRF the user can fit ordinary decay signals pure from IRF disturbance.

LabAMU main features are:
  • - two minimization algorithms available
  • - three deconvolution methods
  • - up to four exponential decay analysis
  • - rich statistical report of the fit result
  • - user-friendly interface with rich user settings
  • - elastic data import tool
  • - serial fit utility.
